Delivery of Goods and Services
Training and Event Attendance
Customers purchasing training courses or event attendance will be advised at time of purchase of the applicable date(s). Events may be scheduled up to six months in advance and will be delivered as advertised on the Website.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- FME Software is offered on a try-before-you-buy basis, with a 30-day free trial. Locus may extend this trial up to 60 days upon request. Once purchased, software licenses are non-refundable
- Training and Events: If you are unable to attend, your registration will be credited forward to a future session or alternate date, agreed with Locus. Refunds may be granted at Locus’s discretion in accordance with applicable law
Pricing Transparency
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Pricing for FME Software is established by Safe Software and provided to Locus in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Locus applies relevant exchange rates to display USD pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice, but no additional charges will apply unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. These are provided for convenience only. Locus does not control or endorse such third parties and is not responsible for their content, services, or outputs.
